Arvi Matthew Encelan can easily be recognized as his pictures have graced magazines and websites in the country. His first stint as a young man is when he joined Circle of Ten 2004 as he bruised egos and pride with young teeners for the coveted title. Cirle of 10 for the uninformed is an annual search for fresh talents who could create the right impact in print as well as TV ads. And you could not just ignore this group, because its impecable alumni include Richard Somes Now Rich Vergara ( an actor-model), Rainier Castillo (actor-model), Alvin Aragon, Dion Ignacio (both movie and Tv stars), Then there's know ramp and comercial models like Mike Olivares, Randolf Stamatelaty, Miguel Lim, Eric Salazar, and John Borjal. Arvi for himself does ramp and commercial modelling too and for years now he has the honorary honor of being included in the 69 Cosmo hunks for several years now. And wait ... I was reading one magazine now and I saw Arvi also competed for Mr. Campus Face two years back. Wheeeew!
