Nomis Chanchamire was the representative of Nueva Esparta to the Mr. Venezuela 2005 edition. In a contest who has a deluge of blondes and Latino beauties, Nomis was a rara avis, proving that Venezuela also has black beauties who can stand out and eventuaslly come out the winner.
That's what Nomis did in the finals, though he didn't come home with the title tucked in his sleeves, he made every body proud, a feel-good feeling that black has his own magic!
