Its been awhile since we feature a candidate from Panama. We chance the pictures of Jean Carlos Blanco, one of the pageant candidate for Mr. Panama 2007. He did not win any major awards but his photos are a welcome addition to the list of gorgeous pageant candidate Panama can be proud of.
