Latin Titleholder: Victor Manuel Santos

Victor Manuel Santos hails from Pontevedra Spain. He later joined the local search for Mr. Pontevedra and won in 2007. Because of that he was sent by his organizers to join Mr. Spain 2008 and luckily he was the first runner up.
