Ezzio Cavallaro was first Runner up in the 1999 edition of Mr. Venezuela. He is now a model and an actor. He was connected with RCTV and starred in "Amor A Palos" and "Los Declaro Marido Y Mujer". Ezzio was sent to India to compete in Grassim Mr. International in 1999 and was awarded first Runner up. Again here are the THEN and NOW photos of Ezzio. Doesn't he look great as a young man ... and also respectable as a mature adult.
