From the magic wand of Mother Childe comes again another gem that just need a little polishing. Frederick Banaag is 21 years old and stands 5 feet and eleven inches. He is a BS Electrical Engineering dude from Virgin Milagrosa University in Pangasinan. He joined the 1999 Ginoong Filipinas and because of that sweet impish smileand a boyish look, he innocently steamed the UP stage with too much heat convincing even the most stone-hearted judges to give him their nod. At the end of the night another trophy was won for Pangasinan ... that of Ginoong Filipinas Turismo 1999.
