Mr. Philippines backed out at the last minute at the Mr. Universe Model 2011, and for whatever reasons there maybe, Filipinos who are avid pageant watchers swwwwwwitched party right away and the object of their adulation was boyish and youthful L Men winner for 2010 Rikas Harsa of Indonesia. I really don't blame fans when they switched support to Rikas Harsa. For one he also looked every inch Filipino. a little short for an ultimo-mega hunk that we wanted, but hey ... he passed the acid test ... and that should be something Rikas should crow about.
